Michael + Tiffany Wedding

I had a great time photographing Michael and Tiffany for their wedding at the Portland LDS temple, even more so because the rain cooperated! It was literally pouring before, between shoots and after. We even had the sun peak out a touch at one point!

Tornado

I know I have been a bad blogger lately, I haven't even managed to post a few i♥faces challenges that I even prepared ahead of time! But I promise some great wedding photos are coming soon.

In the meantime, today we had a tornado! It hit Aumsville, OR which is a small town just southeast of Salem where my husband has a second dental office. It was an EF2 and struck about 11:40am just a couple blocks from the office. My sister-in-law's house was in the ouside edge of the tornado's path and took some damage but nothing structural.

Nichol's plumbing and the neighboring barber shop weren't so lucky, along with 10 displaced families. Thankfully there were only minor injuries.

Julie Is One!

Remember adorable baby Julie, the Halloween baby last year? Well, she's one now! Of course that means it's time for pictures!

We met up last weekend for a lovely fall evening photo shoot. Here's the preview!

Happy Halloween!

Hope everyone had a great Halloween!

My Buzz Lightyear and Sheriff Woody loved it! And I was happy because the vest I sewed (I don't sew) for Woody turned out great!

And not to be forgotten, my oldest as Optimus Prime

We also celebrated the holiday with the Halloween birthday girl! My little pumpkin baby niece turned one and had an amazing cake made by my sister-in-law, Angela.

Don't worry Julie, they won't eat you, you can eat them!

This week's I ♥ Faces theme is In The Orchard. Okay, so this definitely isn't an orchard, but it's the closest thing I have for now!

One In A Million Shot

Actually, I think this is more than a one in a million shot! I just had to give a shout out to photographer Mark Pain of The Daily Mail who didn't flinch and captured this amazing picture right before his camera was struck by none other than Tiger Woods' own golf ball at the Ryder Cup this last weekend. Did you spot the guy with the funky mustache and cigar?
